1 Acceptance of Terms & Digital Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Saambros (accessible at https://saambros.com) and all related order placement, WhatsApp communication channels, and logistics fulfillment provided by Saambros Pakistan.

By browsing our website, registering an account, or placing an order for products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or accessing under parental supervision) and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the Contract Act of Pakistan.

2 Product Specifications & Pricing Accuracy

We strive to provide highly accurate descriptions, images, technical specifications, and retail pricing for all items featured in our catalog. However:

• Display colors may vary slightly depending on your screen hardware, brightness settings, and photographic lighting.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to adjustment without prior notice due to currency fluctuations or supplier tariff changes.
• In the event of a typographical pricing error, Saambros reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price before courier dispatch.

3 Order Placement & Advance Payment

When you place an order on Saambros, your order represents a formal purchase request. To ensure order authenticity, avoid fake orders, and reserve warehouse stock, a verified advance payment is required as outlined below:

• Official Merchant Account: All advance payments must only be transferred to official EasyPaisa Account: 03024514540 (Muhammad Asad).
• Transaction ID (TID) Verification: Customers must enter their genuine 10-12 digit TID during checkout and send the receipt screenshot to our official WhatsApp (03024514540).
• Order Confirmation & Dispatch: Once the advance payment is verified, your order is locked and dispatched via express courier with a live tracking ID.
• 24-Hour Auto Cancellation: Orders without verified advance payments within 24 hours of placement are automatically cancelled to release stock for other customers.

4 Shipping, Courier Delivery & Doorstep Risk

Delivery is handled via third-party express courier partners (Trax, CallCourier, PostEx, Leopards, TCS).

• Standard Shipping Rate: Rs. 310 across Pakistan; Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated at 2–3 business days for major cities and 3–5 business days for regional/rural areas. Unforeseen courier delays due to weather, strikes, or road blockages are beyond our direct control.
• Remaining COD Collection: The courier rider will collect the remaining Cash on Delivery balance prior to handing over the package as per standard courier industry protocol in Pakistan.

5 7-Day Replacement Policy & Unboxing Video Mandate

Saambros offers a comprehensive 7-Day Replacement Guarantee on defective, broken, or mismatched items.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: The customer MUST record an uncut unboxing video upon opening the sealed courier bag to substantiate any claim of transit breakage or missing accessories.
• Claim Period: Replacement claims must be lodged via WhatsApp within 7 calendar days from the delivery timestamp.
• Return of Packaging: The product must be returned with all original manufacturer boxes, charging wires, and accessories intact.

6 Account Conduct & Anti-Fraud Policy

Customers must provide accurate contact phone numbers, verifiable residential/commercial addresses, and valid WhatsApp accounts. Providing fraudulent Transaction IDs (fake TIDs), refusing courier delivery without justification, or submitting forged screenshots will result in immediate permanent account termination and blacklist across our courier partner networks.

7 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content published on Saambros, including logos, visual brand identities, graphic designs, product photography, icons, code scripts, and written copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of Saambros Pakistan and protected under copyright laws.

8 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saambros, its owners, directors, or employees be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, customer electric voltage fluctuations, water damage beyond IP ratings, or third-party courier delays. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the affected item.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any customer agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
